Spring Shoe Craves

 I have a huge list of shoe craves these days! When I moved into the house last year I went through all my shoes.. got rid of SO many heels and fancy shoes because I thought 'when will I ever wear these?'. I am regretting that so much. It seems now I have no nice shoes pumps or anything remotely dressy! So this spring I am going to be getting myself some cute new shoes,  and some sexy ones too!

Currently Loving | Fawn + Cub

When I was at the Renegade Fair a few weekends past I stumbled upon Fawn + Cub , I totally fell in love with their products, especially the baby changing station. Well, I dont have any babies, but since my sister is due in November I seem to keep being drawn to anything that is baby related. I am pumped to be an aunt; and if ever I am a mamma, I am getting one of these!!!

A stumbled upon this Etys shop Cette Soie by accident and fell in love! She sells all vintage blouses, and I pretty much want them all! I found the top one fist and whats even more crazy besides the pattern speaking to me, but the maker, "Alexandria" crazy right?! Its on my xmas list :) Now go and check it out for yourself!

Hello! I’m Erin (I know, confusing, but my initials are actually “ella”) and I’m the lady behind this site. The focus is kind of narrow (Seasonal Vegetarian recipes that are pantry-inspired) but I try to keep the recipes simple, fresh, and exciting for the entire family.

I reside in Sacramento, California (but born and raised in central Illinois) with my husband and fluffy rescued husky, Radar. I work for myself developing and shooting recipes, writing cookbooks, and developing websites (with one awesome lady!)

I have a confession, as much as I love deep rich color, the only time I have a soft spot for pink and pastels is spring time. I love the sweet soft color as everything begins to come back to life after a long dark winter, and this year was the worst in a long time.

  When I think of spring I automatically thing of flowers and color.

thing is I usually am in all neutrals.. time to change it up.

Who needs flowers and chocolate?! 

Well, chocolate is always good, but its time to think outside the box of over sized teddy bears, red roses and bad chocolate. 

Get your lady or girl friends something they can use/wear, something they wouldn't normally buy for themselves. Valentines day is a great excuse to let someone know how much they mean to you and how grateful you are to have them in your life, whomever it may be!! 

Do me a favor, tell someone you LOVE them on Valentines, it will make their day.
